Return Policy

RST Visions In Color strives for our customer’s full satisfaction.  If for some reason any product needs to be returned, the following is the RST Visions In Color return policy:

  • Customer must request RMA# (return material authorization) prior to returning product.
  • No product can be returned after 60 days unless it is a warranty issue.
  • Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee unless ordered incorrect product and will be ordering correct product.  Customer will only be responsible for freight charges.
  • All special orders and non-stock items cannot be returned. You would have been notified of this at the time of the order.
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging and must be in as-new condition.
  • We must be notified within 2 working days of receipt of all damaged packages.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card purchased on.
  • Products that are refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any freight charges for the return of the package.
  • RST Visions In Color is not responsible for any products returned without RMA#.
  • RST Visions In Color will not accept any returned products arriving broken.
  • Any merchandise shipped in error will be corrected at RST Visions expense.
